Closed Season		Open throughout the year
Specific Rules		All general water rules apply + those listed below
		Car parking is in designated areas shown in the handbook
		There is a Height restriction barrier to access Gate A, all gates must be locked when not in use
		The surrounds of the lake are private property owned by the Hayling Island Golf Club, anyone
		on the site without a PDAS membership card, also the Golf club or the Wildfowl Association
		must be asked to leave immediately
		The out of bounds areas marked in the handbook will be STRICTLY ENFORCED
		All wildfowl and fauna is strictly protected
		1 rod per member ONLY is permitted unless extra rod supplements are purchased for up to 2 additional rods
		No glass bottles or cans of any type are permitted at this venue
		Unhooking mats must be used at all times
		Fishing for pike is only permitted between the 1st October and 31st March inclusive
		Sinah Bay is juniors and juveniles only, adults allowed only if accompanied by a junior / juvenile
		Due to SSSI status of this venue, NO DOGS are allowed on site at any time
		There is a No Publicity rule in force on this water
