Leftover / Discarded Bait
As per handbook, Fish Welfare & Tackle, Rule 5c, No pre-baiting on any water and do not discard any excess baits in or around any and all waters. Would members please be more responsible with left-over / waste bait....in particular, maggots, and please, take them home with you.
Members are requested NOT to deposit their leftover / waste bait into the bins at Lakeside. The nice folks who empty the bins at Lakeside on a regular basis, do a very good job, but stinking / rotting maggots etc are not nice, So take them home, and put them out for the birds. |

Bailiff's Report
All Bailiffs are issued with these, and are asked to report all incidents covered by the club rules, including water rules broken. Reports do not necessarily invoke a disciplinary hearing but will be held on file, should other offences be committed, then previously reported offences will be taken into account. This system was introduced to standardise Bailiffing procedures on all waters. Under some circumstances a written report regarding a breach of rules will be acceptable without the use of a bailiff's report form, at the presiding committee's discretion. |

Dry Nets
Usually means no fish having been caught, but in this instance, it means not spreading disease. Members are requested and advised that in the best interest of our fisheries, all nets, including carp sacks should be fully dried before reuse. A net fully dried in the sun, will not transfer diseases that may occur from time to time in our and other fisheries. So dry your nets fully between fishing sessions. |

Exchange Books
Listed below are the clubs with which we hold exchange books, how many held and who with. When using exchange books, members should read and respect the rules of that club. Any complaint received from a club or society about a member breaking their rules, will be dealt with by our own disciplinary committee as if the offence had occurred on a home water. |
